hot pot at ion, first tried it with edmund, pamela, veron and kenelm i THINK. can't remember who went and who didn't. well this is the soup version. i like it better than that rice thing i burnt the last time i went. i like japanese soup. SO SALTY.

Photobucket

the sides- sashimi, horrible salad, rice and raw egg!

Photobucket

GINZA BAIRIN! :D jap curry and rosu, i think. okay i cannot remember food names for nuts ):
this is rrrrreally good. comparable to Tonkatsu, and i love Tonkatsu.

Photobucket

that's the boyfriend's non curry, black pig version. i really like the shredded cabbage thing that comes with katsu sets! they're always so crunchy and sweet, unlike those i buy at ntuc, cold storage, giant etc.

Photobucket

mussels from Pizzahut. ate here waaaaaaaaaaay back, when i was still in hall! i am a mega huge shellfish fan; the boyfriend thinks it's gross though. the other day i told him i like drinking clam broth (the water you boil the clam in that turns milky afterwards) he looked like he wanted to throw up haha.

Photobucket

not very nice mushrooms.

Photobucket
Pizzahut's new pizza, with chips and dory fish.

Photobucket

sashimi and jap rice= heaven

Photobucket

effing scary worm buns. disgusting to the core.

Photobucket

best avocado milkshake in Singapore. i feel like having some now. and it's only 2 buckssss omg i always buy 2 glasses.

Photobucket

instant noodles from Taiwan. best.noodles.ever.
it comes with beef, like REAL BEEF in a vacuum pack.

Photobucket

eggs benedict at Wild Honey.
speaking of Wild Honey, Bliss at Punggol Park has closed down! )':
there's a place called Wild OATS there now, apparently owned by that lawyer turned chef guy whose name i don't know. shall check it out one day.

daddy cooked me breakfast haha. so wholesome, cucumber and carrot sticks included :D

Photobucket

blueberries which remind me of rabbitwabbit's droppings.

and finally, Heng Heng Curry Chicken Mee at Hong Lim hawker center, the result of a 50 minute long queue. it's not bad, but the curry tastes abit like satay mee sauce. and i overheard the hawker telling a regular customer that he was getting married on sunday, which set me thinking: how does a hawker meet girls?
i mean he has to run his stall 7 days a week, probably from morning-night, and most hawkers only either take a few days off a year, or a certain day of the week off (usually monday). so strange. *ignorant*
and i saw yi tong when i was queuing. the girl was having NUS's SU camp (:

(pardon the photoeffects, i am too lazy to change the settings on my phone)
